ENC 2008 hits the finals

European Nations Championship reaches the 2008 finals as the two last participating teams have been found.

To determine the last two teams to advance to the ENC 2008 finals, two relegation matches was played today. The team finishing second in its group would have to face the team finishing third from the opposite group.

Germanyvs. Russia –2-1 Demo

Spainvs. France –0-2 Demo

A repeat of the latest CB NationsCup final between Germany and Russia should determine who would advance to the season finals. Germany had the chance to lock it down 2-0 on dust2, but Russia pulled out some great play during the last rounds and pull off a 16-14 win. Germany did however make short process on inferno and secured the spot at the season finals.

The big surprise this season would be the matadors from Spain. The only ones able to stop the Spanish powerhouse were the all-dominating Swedes. Spain did however run into trouble versus France and missed the chance to play at the season finals.

A total of four teams will play at the European Nations Championship finals at Games Convention 2008 in Leipzig, Germany. Qualified are following four.

Denmark
Sweden
Germany
France
